I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with experience in the voluntary and private sectors and in the NHS.
My specialism is in working with children and young people, though this is not exclusive as a substantial part of my work is with adults, both privately and through company programs such as EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) and PMI Schemes (Private Medical Insurance).
