I am a qualified therapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can explore, with my gentle support, encouragement and respect. I believe every client to be unique and place high importance on working with each client in a way that best suits their needs.
I believe in a potential within everyone to learn, grow and develop to become a fuller, stronger and more content version of themselves. I also believe everyone holds their own answers within, and I am there to help you to find those answers.
My therapeutic approach at its roots is Humanistic, however I draw from and integrate it with other counselling approaches and techniques such as CBT, Psychodynamic and creative therapies
