I am a medical Doctor, a UKCP reg. Psychotherapist, a Certified Integrative Psychotherapist, a Certified Transactional Analyst – PTSTA, a trainer and clinical supervisor working with couples, individuals and groups.
I’ve got a special focus on psychosomatic illness, on how the emotions can affect your body. And how to treat the symptoms your body has created to compensate for the emotional pain.
I also have a special interest in the effects of childhood neglect/abuse in adulthood. I’ve been treating victims of psychological neglect for over 14 years
I use online consultations and face to face methods to successfully treat a variety of psychological problems.
I have a relational, talking approach; based on the ongoing relationship with my clients.I work to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to help people achieve spontaneity, intimacy with themselves and others, breaking up old paradigms in order to achieve their own autonomy.
