Lynda Spain Counselling/Supervision Services

I have extensive NHS experience, having worked as a counsellor in the NHS for 25 years. I have had a successful private practice for the last 12 years and I take referrals for stress management and handling stressful situations. I have a Diploma in Organisational Stress Management, and take referrals from corporate clients. My interest is workplace stress affecting employers and employees. I have an Advanced Qualification in Stress Management awarded by Sheffield Hallam University.
My supervision qualification was gained at University of Salford and I have a practice for supervisees on training courses, supervisees in their own private practices, and I have an interest in supervising supervisees within the IAPT model. I am basically client centered, but can also offer CBT, solution focussed and integrative models. I have supervision on supervision for my practice.
