You may have a particular issue, or be experiencing feelings you find difficult – for example, anxiety, depression or OCD.
Perhaps you’re struggling with bereavement, relationship issues, or just going through a hard time at home or at work.

I provide both individual and couples counselling, either short or long term, to help people from the diverse community in which I live and work.

My fees are £75  for individuals, and from £120 for couples, depending on session length.
Sessions are either face to face, or remote (video conferencing or telephone).
