AM Counselling Services

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental environment for individuals and couples who need somewhere safe to discuss concerns, issues and worries which are preventing them from living life to the full.
Issues covered include grief & loss, anxiety, low self esteem, confidence issues and relationships.
Face to face counselling is available in Fakenham, Norfolk.
I also offer email and telephone counselling for clients who are not local to my private practice, unable to travel or who would prefer to put their thoughts down in writing.
