I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor offering confidential counselling for couples and adults in person and online.
I will work with you to help you overcome those emotional and relational difficulties that, no  matter what else you’ve tried, don’t seem to shift – or at least – not for very long.
Depressed, anxious or bereaved. Struggling with your relationships or coping with the after affects of abuse or trauma – all can be helped.
For an initial consultation to see if working with me is for you, please contact me. This initial meeting is £25 for up to 50 minutes.  If we decide to continue working together, counselling is for weekly 50 minute sessions.  My ongoing fees are £55 per session for individual therapy and £65 for couples therapy.
