I have a special interest in helping people with a range of Anxiety issues, and wide experience in helping people with Anger, Abuse, Addictions, Eating disorders, a wide range of Depression issues, Loss and Bereavement, Couples’ Issues, Trauma, Personality problems, Stress [work and social], Relationship problems and many specialist issues such as Internet addiction and autistic problems.
I focus on working with people to improve the quality and meaning of their lives and their relationships. I aim to empower people towards making a lasting difference outside the therapy room. My experience of this work has shown me that even when problems seem insurmountable, the combination of non-judgmental therapy and new thinking can open the door to change.
