We are a team of independent professional therapists, with a breadth of specialist skills in helping people who are struggling with some of the more difficult aspects of life. We offer counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and our team have years of training and experience in a range of effective models and approaches.
Our practice has several locations, conveniently accessible to many areas of Hampshire, including Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey and the New Forest. Evening appointments are available.
