I have a wide range of experience from different courses and qualifications I have gained over the years. My main knowledge has come from my clients and what they have taught me.
I have come to understand from my clients that every person who attends counselling is dealing with some form of loss, whether it is the loss of a loved one, a relationship that is struggling, the loss of a job, a sense of trust, some part of that person has been lost, and the process of counselling is about understanding and having some acceptance of that loss to enable us to move forward.
