Counselling with Kay

At counselling with Kay I offer a friendly, relaxing environment where your time is your own. There are no rights and wrongs, just time to talk at your own pace and in the way you feel most comfortable. We will work together to give you the easiest and most relatable counselling for you. There are no obligations to carry on, and you are certainly in control of every step. I work in Caversham and Emmer Green.
Everybody is unique in the way we learn, the way we see things and the way we deal with things. Counselling with Kay offers different types of Counselling to suit different needs. I can also offer hypnotherapy and group sessions, and for local clients I can offer a mobile service.
I have studied for two years with chrysalis to obtain two nationally recognized diplomas in hypnotherapy and counselling which covers all areas of both; these diplomas are also accredited from the Open University. I am continuing training in psychotherapy, and life coaching and will be adding these areas to the therapy I can offer as I gain my qualifications. I am fully insured and have a supervisor who I talk to regularly to ensure I am giving you the best therapy possible.
I am a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society and The National Counselling Society
