I am an experienced highly qualified Counsellor , Psychotherapist who is passionate about running my Private Practice in Rushden Northamptonshire . I have also been employed as a psychotherapist by Northants County Council for many years and worked for ,The Adoption Society , The John Lewis Partnership and British Airways in a counselling capacity. I can offer you an environment which is confidential, relaxing and professional. Counselling really can help you to move forward with your life and enhance your well being and confidence greatly . I have worked with clients on many issues such as anxiety, anger, abuse, bereavement, relationships, divorce and separation, mental health issues,trauma, stress and work related problems
I am a member of the BACP British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and have an advanced CRB Disclosure. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling is a way of taking control of your life and moving on from a place you may be stuck in. It can result in a far greater sense of well being and optimism.
Sessions can be short or long term, . I work with teenagers and adults and you are welcome to attend my private practice study from 0800 to 1830 and on Saturday mornings .
