My company is founded on the belief that my clients needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs and providing the best possible service in the profession. As a result, a high percentage of my clients are from personal referrals.
I have worked successfully helping people manage depression and anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, living with and after domestic abuse, bereavement and loss. People who want and need to be heard.
I am a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Association of Independent Practitioners and Counselling Children and Young People, and am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, trained in Person Centred Therapy, Brief Solution Therapy and Freedom Program Facilitator.
