Counselling is for individuals, couples and families with a wide variety of counselling issues. These include anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, difficulties with eating and food, addictions, the emotional effects of conditions such as dyslexia and dyspraxia, and relationship issues.
I also supervise trainee and experienced counsellors, exploring their work with clients and personal and professional development. I supervise individuals and groups.
I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor.
