As a counsellor I am totally accepting of you and your circumstances. I will help you to build your inner resources and guide you towards what’s best for you.
I am a qualified therapist, with a Diploma and BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Chichester.
I also hold a Certificate in Marital (relationship) Counselling, I am a Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) Master Practitioner and an Approved Adoption Counsellor.
I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their code of ethics. This ensures a level of ethical and professional practice to protect your well-being.
I have been counselling couples and individuals since 2001.
I have a background in education. I spent many years as an infant teacher and deputy head of an infant school and went on from there to work as an Early Years Advisory Teacher.
I am totally commited to the humanistic approach to counselling and believe that you are in charge of your own therapy. My varied background, training and experience give me an understanding of a wide range personal issues.
