Aquilis Counselling Services

A team of qualified and experienced counsellors based at the Oasis Centre in Cosham, in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
We work with individuals, couples and young people and also work with local businesses to provide counselling to their staff.
We have a range of special areas of expertise within the team for example; trauma, maternity issues, abuse, bereavement, etc. Contact us to talk through what you are looking for.
Our counsellors have a variety of approaches and many have specific training so we can meet your needs quickly and comfortably; CBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, NLP, etc.
We have flexible session times and no long waiting list.
We charge £35 per session.
