Experienced in both long term and short term work I am flexible within my practice offering weekly or fortnightly agreements. As an Integrative Counsellor I work from a Person Centred Perspective believing that you have the answers to your problems somewhere within you and my role is to help you uncover them.
Some of the issues brought to counselling may include:-
Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger Management, Adoption, Bullying, Cancer, Life Changes, Relationships, Bereavement, Abuse, Divorce, Marriage, Self Harm,
Redundancy/Retirement, Suicidal Thoughts ………to name but a few.
The most important thing to remember is that whatever you bring you will be treated with warmth, respect and not be judged. I am a member of the BACP and work within their ethical framework at all times.
