I have worked in the nhs for 40 years as a nurse.I now work in general practice as a specialist nurse practitioner mainly looking after Students in all aspects of their health.
I also have a private business focusing on supporting people who are struggling with negative thoughts,relationship concerns,insomnia,anxiety,depression and panic type symptoms and stress.
