Life is not always easy at the best of time and every now again it throws up various challenges at work or at home that test us all. You may feel that your usual way of coping is not working or you just don’t know where or how to start to deal with the situation. It is at times like this that it might be helpful to know that you can find a safe, confidential space to talk through your concerns without fear of being judged.

Whether your concerns are personal or work related I offer a confidential service of support via face to face, telephone or an online service via Skype or Face time. This means you can make contact and have your counselling/ coaching session at your convenience, where ever you are.
