Do you feel as if your soul needs healing? I believe that counselling is about healing of the soul/emotions. Guilt, fear, shame, worry, anxiety, past hurts can all damage us at a deep level. As a person centred counsellor I can enable you to achieve wholeness and healing.

I am a fully qualified and a Registered Member MBACP (Accredited) counsellor/psychotherapist. I work from a person centred perspective, this means I believe you are the expert about yourself my role is to enable you to work through your issues. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. The counselling role is important to me and it gives me great fulfillment to see people move on in their lives in a happier, healthier way.

I have gained a lot of experience working with adults who were abused as children as well as with more general counselling.
