Counselling can help you work your way through difficult situations. It is not always an easy solution, but it can assist you in finding the root of a problem and looking at change. The prospect of change can be daunting, rather than exciting, and counselling is here to help you along the way. Together, we would look at aspects of your past in order to understand issues you are facing now. Your past and present experiences shape your patterns of behaviour and counselling can help you gain insight into giving you a sense of who you are.
