I have been a fully accredited and qualified BACP therapist for over 15 years and worked with many different people with varying issues. I believe we can all struggle emotionally at times during our life and need support to help us make sense of things. The concerns which people may bring to counselling might be anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, abuse (past or present),bereavement, grief and many other issues. You may not even know what is troubling you and just need to make sense of it. Whatever the problems it does help to talk it through with someone who is non judgmental, accepting and can help you find a way to ease your troubles.

I work with individuals and couples, offering evening, weekends as well as daytime appointments.

If you and your partner have problems and can’t find a solution, come to couples therapy and I can help you look at what is going wrong and help you put it right.
I work from a comfortable therapy room at home not far from the centre of Weston- super- Mare.
I also offer supervision for other counsellors and reduced rates for counselling students.
