Counselling in Chorlton

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and supervisor working in Chorlton and Warrington

I believe the setting for counselling is really important and should be comfortable and welcoming. The sessions are held in a quiet, relaxed and private room allowing you to feel comfortable sharing any struggles with me.

I work as Person – centred counsellor and adhere to the core conditions of the approach as a basis for therapy, but I also believe in exploring other areas of therapy where I feel this would be helpful to you.

I have worked with individuals and couples facing a number of different troubles and feel able to work with these issues with confidence.

Each person has an individual way of experiencing his or her own difficulties and counselling can be the first step in making sense of things.

I believe that as a starting point, the person centred approach provides the best and safest environment for change.
