My name is Valentina and I have worked with anxiety related disorders, like phobias and panic attacks, but also with depression, stress and bereavement. I have also worked with couples for over two years, so I am experienced in working with relationship issues.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Diploma, first class
BACP accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling

I’m fluent in both English and Italian​.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide by its ethical framework.

Individual sessions start at £15 for the unwaged up to £25 for individuals in full time employment.
