I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist experienced in working with clients on a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, relationship crises or the end of a relationship, feeling empty or unfulfilled, low self esteem or confidence, stress, trauma, work related problems, and many others.

My integrative approach means I am skilled in working with a number of therapeutic disciplines. As a result I offer flexibility and am able to tailor the way I work to meet your individual needs, rather than being prescriptive. Beyond this, in all the work that I do, I seek to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgemental and collaborative space to help you explore, make sense of, and successfully work through the particular issues you are facing.

I offer both long and short term therapy depending on your needs. My overall aim is to help you work through the issues that brought you to see me and for you to leave therapy feeling happier, more self aware and more at ease in your life.
