I have been working as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor for 25+ years, in east London. I work with a wide variety of clients from many ethnic backgrounds, ages and sexualities. I work short, and long term depending on what the issue(s) are. I have worked anxiety, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional-psychological, and neglect), loss and bereavement, depression, sexuality, identity, self-esteem, self-worth, and many other issues over the years. I see adults and adolescents, couples and individuals.
