About Vicky Mould, Azalea Counselling

Welcome, I'm Vicky Mould and thank you for visiting my Counselling Pages profile.

I am a counsellor for adults of all ages, and I established my private practice in 2011. I hold accreditation/registration with the National Counselling Society and adhere to their Code of Ethical Practice. I am fully insured and regularly consult with a counselling supervisor.

I currently practise online and phone counselling across Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton and Fareham (or further afield if you live in the UK). Online counselling is over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.

As an experienced mental health therapist and bereavement counsellor, I believe in mental health and trauma recovery and the unique potential you have within you, and I can also offer non-judgemental and compassionate support for life challenges such as:

Loss and bereavement, including baby loss
Surviving sexual or domestic abuse
Depression, including postnatal depression
Anxiety, including panic attacks
Stress, including work-related stress
Low self-confidence and self-esteem
Loneliness or social isolation
Relationship issues or changes
Coping with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
Trauma, including PTSD and BPD/EUPD.

Counselling can be a courageous step in all these experiences, yet perhaps you're isolated with no one to talk to or feel unsupported by those around you. Or it's challenging to talk openly with family or friends, or you're worried about burdening family or friends.

You can talk freely with me and feel at ease. I am down-to-earth, friendly-natured and non-judgemental.

An initial consultation of 45 minutes is provided free of charge. If you'd like to book your free consultation, please email me or call or text 07729 193629.

I can help us establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I appreciate trust can take time to build, yet you will be welcome, valued and accepted just as you are, not expected to be or feel a certain way.

We can explore and reflect at your pace.

And you will be heard and understood.

But we don't have to solely rely on talking to work through feelings and emotions (or difficult experiences). We can experiment with the creative process - using art materials, cards or photos, or writing/journaling.

Rather than give advice or tell you what to do, I can offer support and attentive listening that helps you gain clarity or a fresh perspective and develop awareness.

My goal in our relationship is to nurture confidence and trust in yourself so you can make life choices or changes you want to make and move forward.

You'll find lots of information on my website, so I encourage you to go there too. You can email me through my website or this profile or call or text 07729 193629 if you'd like to arrange a free consultation.
