At Cleereminds I offer you a safe, confidential place, where you can talk freely about anything you wish to.
Therapy offers you the opportunity to talk about what you want in a way that you often can’t do with family and friends. I will listen to you.

At Cleereminds you will be accepted, without judgement and I will help you to make any changes you want. We will create a good therapeutic relationship together, so that we can work well.

I offer empathy and an understand that it is not always easy to talk about problems and to express your feelings.

I work with many issues and will work with you to improve your well being.
