New Balance Counselling

My aim is to allow you to feel as comfortable and as ‘at home’ as possible when you are with me. Counselling really works well when you are honest with yourself, so the more relaxed you are, the easier it will be to open up about how you are feeling. With me you will receive professional counselling, with the benefit of a non-clinical environment.

I offer individual counselling either face to face, online video, telephone, or walking therapy.

I will work with you through whatever it is that’s an issue for you at the moment, helping you get to where you want to be. What may be a solution for others may not be right for you, so each session is unique.

I’m an experienced counsellor in a variety of areas, and currently work worth both adults and children. I’m a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the NCS (National Counselling Society).
