About New-Bridge-Therapy

A very warm welcome to New Bridge Therapy

I’m Clare and I work using a range of specialised therapies in the South Manchester and Worsley area.

How I Work
I will help you to understand yourself better and provide the support you need to make positive changes in your life.
Together, we can identify where and how you are today, what changes you would like to make, and how to best introduce these changes at your own pace. We will establish what is limiting or blocking you so as to renew your approach in a solution-focused way. Exploring how to change your perceptions and alter habitual patterns of behaviour will challenge any self-limiting beliefs, and so improve your self-confidence and self-esteem.

You can choose from effective use of Psychotherapy , Counselling , Hypnotherapy, and NLP, or a combination to provide you with a therapy that best suits you and is most effective in helping you realise your desired outcomes.

It is important to choose an ethical Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner
who is practicing using recognised standards and adheres to professional development.

Psychotherapy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy and NLP are proving to be extremely effective in the following:-

Stress reduction
Contributing sleep deprivation, general worry and uncertainty, short temper and fatigue. Hypnotherapy brings high stress levels down to a healthy manageable level.

Anxiety
Social and work-based anxiety, performance anxiety, fear of meetings, fear of exams, panic attacks, generalised anxiety, phobias of dogs, needles, flying and general fears.

Improving self-confidence
Reducing negative self-talk or internal chatter, low self-esteem, blushing and improving personal performance – Therapy can help increase your positivity and self-belief.

Bereavement and Loss
Losing someone we love or care deeply about is very painful. We may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness we experience will never let up. These are normal reactions to a significant loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, but there are healthy ways to cope with this pain and in time we can move on and move forward with our lives.

The breakup or loss of a relationship or friendship can turn our world upside down and trigger all sorts of painful feelings. We all deal with things differently to get through difficult times in our life.

The Centres I practise Psychotherapy and Counselling from in South Manchester and Worsley provide a safe and secure environment. All my sessions are strictly confidential, and all sessions are conducted with honesty, openness, empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
