I qualified in 2001 and became accredited by my governing body The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2004.

Having worked for ten years within the national charity Mind as counsellor on the Adults plus Children’s teams I supported people struggling with a diversity of emotional, behavioural and mental health issues.

Alongside Mind I have established a private practice where I receive self-referrals, plus referrals through a number of Employer Assisted Programmes, Insurance Companies and Occupational Health Departments. I have also worked as a locum on the NHS IAPT Waiting List Initiatives.
