I have 20 years’ experience as a counsellor and provide counselling to children/YP and adults. I’m also a registered with the BACP a register of counsellors and psychotherapists. I have worked in social care ad alongside CAMHS.

I have two therapy rooms one in a GP practice and in my own therapy room.
My extensive experience in counselling and supervision is gained from working with individuals, children and families in social care as a therapeutic supervisor and therapist.

I’m here to support you by offering affordable appointments at a time that suit your busy life.
I provide short and long term sessions- day time, evening and weekends. I also provide Skype counselling and parenting support.
