I am an integrative counsellor based in Bristol.

My qualifications

Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling – University of the West of England, Bristol
Certificate in Counselling Skills – Cardiff & Vale College
BA (Hons) English Literature – Cardiff University

My counselling experience

I have previously worked as an associate counsellor at Cardiff University Student Counselling Service where I supported students with wide ranging problems including eating disorders, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. Prior to this I volunteered at Cruse Bereavement Care where I specialised in grief work.

In addition to private work, I am currently a counsellor at Kinergy in Bristol which provides support for survivors of sexual abuse and/or rape.
